Educational System

The School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (New Delhi) which is one of the two recognized and approved All India Boards of Secondary Education. The Board administers two public examinations :-

  • Secondary School Examination at the end of Standard X as per the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation introduced by the CBSE.
  • The All India Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination at the end of Standard XII. Both the examinations are held in March.

CCE

The School has implemented Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) from classes I to X as per the latest CBSE directive. This is a curricular initiative attempting to shift emphasis from testing to holistic learning. This system consists of two types of assessments which are Formative and Summative.

Course of Study

The medium of instruction is English. The subjects taught are :-

Primary School (I-V)

English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), GK, Computer, Art of Healthy & Productive Living (AHPL) and Environmental Education (EE).

Middle School (VI-X)

English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Social Science (Civics/Economics, History and Geography), Physical Education, Work Experience, General Knowledge and Sanskrit (VI-VIII)

Senior Secondary School (XI-XII)

The +2 syllabus is career oriented and we have provided for the following groups :-
